How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website by going to the category of products you are interested in or over the phone by calling 877-895-2662.

What is your return policy?

Ok... I have placed an order how soon will it ship?

We do our best to get orders out the same day however, most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours.  We ship Fedex ground unless it is a military address or post office box.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipment for each order is calculated upon checkout. You will never see any "handling" charges here at Tastes Of The World what we pay is what you pay. To see more information on shipping click here.

We accept  the following payments:

I've placed an order what happens next?

Send us an e-mail at customerservice@tastesoftheworld.net or call us at 877-895-2662 and we will take care of whatever you need. We are here to help that's what we do...

I've setup an account and want to make some changes to it. How can I do that?

Just do the following:

  1. Go to the my account tab on the homepage.
  2. Login to your account. 
  3. Click again on the my account tab. You can manage your account from there.

I want coffee automatically shipped to me on a regular basis can you do that?

How do I know if the coffee I am ordering is whole bean or ground?

In each product description it will state if the coffee is whole bean or ground.  In the case of Alto Grande Gourmet Coffee you pick which one you want as we carry both for that brand.
