I just received my shipment of coffee. I am so pleased with the order! I didn't realize I would get a free sample (and a mug!:)) The bag I ordered is going under the tree for Christmas, (we've ordered a combination coffee machine for Christmas) but I couldn't resist opening the sample to try in our old (cheap) coffee maker.
What a delicious cup of coffee! I can't wait to try it in the new coffee/espresso machine. I'll definitely be ordering from you again. I also appreciated all the customer service e-mails, and being able to track my order online.

You certainly make your customers feel appreciated.
